How to get your Condo Doc Review Started.

2. Create a New Review Request
3. Fill out the Request and include the purchaser, both listing and buying agents.
Condo Document Review
5-Business Day Waiver

For the those with Condition/Waiver Dates 1 week away or more.

Availability for Reviews with Waiver/Condition dates 1 Week or more is guaranteed.

​Includes coordination with the listing Realtor (if contact is provided), for collection of documents.
​
Advisement on missing or outdated documents that are required per your contract and provincial legislation.
​
Organization of submitted documents, provided in a shared file for you to download, upon completion.
​
Pre-Recorded Video Review Analysis of our finding, and detailed overview of complex and bylaws.

Closed Captions option with over 300+ languages available for ESL Clients.
Availability to review further clarifications with client after completion. ​​

Condo Document Review
2-Business Day Review
$475+GST
Includes everything in the 5 Business Day Review but..

For those in a rush, we work overtime to ensure you have all your documents submitted, and review completed within the proceeding 2 Business Days. ​
​
In circumstances in which your condition and waiver date is between 3-4 business days, you may submit a request for a 5 Day Review, (through our intake form) that is subject to our availability.
If there is no availability to complete by your Waiver/Condition date, you will be notified that the review at that point would be considered a 2-Day Rush.

Condo Document Review
24 Hour Review
$600+GST
Includes everything in the 5 Business Day Review but..

Emergencies that require immediate attention, and a full Condo Review + Video completed within 24 hours.
​​
These reviews are typically completed entirely afterhours and are subject to availability, as they require a "drop everything and help" mentality. Submit the Intake form with 24 Hour Option and email documents immediately to admin@condodocs.com.
We will respond asap, and require timely payment to ensure completion on time. Upon receipt of Intake we will email Paylink.
Getting Started with your Condo Review is as simple as completing our Intake Form and our Administration department will reach out shortly after.
