Intake Form

This is where we start!

The Intake form below is a formal request to engage our services. After it is complete you will receive an email that we are accepting your request, and provide a Payment Request to the appropriate party identified in the form. You are not added to our schedule until payments are received.

If you would like us to reach out to the Listing Agent/Seller for Document Collection, please provide their Email info below.

Condo Document Review
5 Business Day Condo Document Review: $350+GST
2 Business Day Condo Document Review: $475 + GST
24 Hour Condo Document Review: $600+GST

Final Turn-around times may depend on availability of requested documents provided by the property seller. For reviews required between 3-4 Business days, request a 5 day review, and if there is no availability, you will be notified of requirement to upgrade to $475 Review, to "jump" our schedule. You may confirm or decline at that time.

We Recommend Purchasing Realtors to assist with Document Collection as they are familiar with the process and are in contact with Selling Realtors who are providing documents.

Ensure that permissions are set to allow outside editing permissions to enable us to view and download.

How did you hear about us?

If no Shared Drive is available, email all documents to admin@condodocs.com. We will respond with confirmation of the review and a list of any missing documents shortly after your submission. If no documents are received, we will reach to you, your realtor and the listing realtor (if provided) with a list of documents to email to us.

 By completing and submitting the above form, for yourself or on your clients behalf, you are agreeing that full payment will be made by yourself or a third party listed above. Availability for reviews under 5 business is subject to acceptance. You are acknowledging and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions found here.
