Meet Steve Monteith...
Condodocs.com is built on a foundation of extensive education and on-site experience, and no one embodies this more than our founder, Steve Monteith. With over 15 years of expertise in General Contracting, Building Envelope Construction, Property Management, Condo Management, and Real Estate, Steve brings a unique and comprehensive understanding of the construction and financial aspects of condominiums.

Steve’s career began at 15, progressing from laborer and carpenter to office coordinator, superintendent, and project manager, after earning a diploma in Civil Engineering. His hands-on experience gave him valuable insights into real-world building practices and how they affect a project's bottom line. After transitioning into management, Steve mastered budgets, expense maintenance, and problem-solving for large-scale projects.

Steve applies his construction expertise to Real Estate and Property Management, focusing on condominiums. He recognized the similarities between managing construction projects and overseeing condo buildings—both require meticulous attention to budgets, contracts, and long-term planning.

Steve's vision was that every document review is an educational experience, ensuring clients understand the condition of their condo’s building, board, bylaws, and finances.
