We encourage EVERYBODY, to be involved in their condo! The condo board is designed to be participated in, have your voice heard on management issues and ensure your condo building maintains its value on resale! Someone buying it in the future will be looking at the board and building in the same fashion you did.

Why do condo fees always increase?

This is a tale as old as time. Condo fee's are the cost of doing business in a large multi family building. These buildings require ongoing maintenance to the unseen utilities that provide, water, sewer, heat, and electricity, and must be prepared for failures and repairs that cost into the thousands. You are not only paying into your monthly utility cost, but the maintenance of the entire building to ensure it retains its value in the long term. Over time, inflation causes increases to labor and materials, that are required for upkeep.
